Among the most important parts of an ATM are the cassettes, which require regular maintenance to ensure optimal operation. Any defect or malfunction would cause a lot of irrevocable issues during transactions. Hence, it is mandatory that ATM cassettes are in good shape.
Despite swapping new ATM cassettes, if the cassettes are not configured accurately, it could still cause issues. Therefore, the reliability of ATM cassettes is just as important as their cost. For new cassette installations, quality and dependability are the prime aspects.
Wetzel Barron Infosystem has recognised this challenge and taken the effort to furnish the industry with high-quality ATM cassettes at competitive costs. For the past eight years, we have worked with banks on the sale of ATM cassettes, consumables, and other replacement parts.
We are pleased with the high calibre and reputable status of our goods and services on a global scale, which align with our clients' requirements. Every cassette undergoes extensive configuration and testing before it is installed.
• An Economical Way of New Cassette Installation
• Extended warranty for installed cassettes
• Thorough and accurate configuration for enhanced reliability
Cassettes undergo magnetic configuration, with much importance given to the magnetic poles and the height and width of the cassette spacers. Types 1, 2, 3, and 4 of magnetic configuration are assured by orienting the handle and magnetic bar of cassettes. Accuracy is one factor on which we don't compromise. The orientation of the magnet is properly ensured, and existing spacers in the cassettes are replaced with a new set of spacers. The note guides are adjusted according to the currency width. Magnetic settings are reconfigured, and note parameters (size, singularity, and presentation order) are set accordingly. Cassettes are then tested for performance.
An ATM may dispense more cash than it should due to an incorrectly equipped cash cassette. In addition to the public humiliation, it's a serious issue. To ensure reliability, we have devised a thorough testing system. We perform extensive tests on the shutter assembly, cash pusher, cassette lock, cash level, and cash dispenser.
Although the shutter can appear to function when the cassette is configured, then may fail to work once it is installed in the ATM. Also it might be challenging to spot an issue with the shutter on the back or sides of the cassette. Our cassette tester permits detection of all shutter sides and allows for operation testing.
Proper cash disbursements are verified by the tester. The springs that push the cash every time a withdrawal is made are critical for cash dispensers to function properly. The spring action is double-checked, and the finest one is used.
Technicians can rapidly test if the low-cash sensor at the back of the cassette is working properly by moving it manually while the cassette is in the cassette tester.
Cash holders are labelled by denomination, and cassettes are labelled by type. A barcode containing all the details is attached to cassettes, and every detail is meticulously recorded from the start. When all the testing and analysis of the data has been completed, new cassettes are dispatched to customer locations.
